Rev. R. Kamalanathan, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director worked for Somali land protectorate government (British Colony) in East Africa from the year 1959 prior to dedicating himself for the Lord's service. Subsequently he worked with Somalia. Democratic, Republic as secretary to the Minister of Animal Husbandy. Later he was deputed to the Food and Agriculture organization of the United Nations Development Programme to establish the Livestock Development Agency to boost the economy of Somali Democratic Republic. His responsibility includes the preparation of Budgets of the Ministry and disbursement of funds to several departments of the Ministry. He resigned his job in 1972 to establish a mission in India to do the Lord's work in obedience to the high calling of the Lord. He is married and has three children.
His wife Mrs. Helen Rebecca Kamlanathan is a Lady Pastor who involves in the mission's activities. All three children are also involved in the mission's activities.
The financial accountability of receipts and payments of the Mission are duly audited by highly qualified Chartered Accountant and submitted annually to the Commissioner of Income Tax department , Chennai,and various other governmental departments as per Companies Act.
